Located at the corner of Santa Monica Boulevard and Moreno Drive, this 39-story, 282 unit tower seeks to create an architecturally bold structure that will serve as a gateway to Century City. The design evolved from the process of creating a dynamic shape that would contrast with the neighboring flat top structures. The building is composed of four crystal-like quadrants, with balconies defining the dramatic angles that are expressed along the north and south facades. At street level, the two-story bases addresses the adjacent structures and creates an appropriate scale along Santa Monica Boulevard and Moreno Drive.
A LEED Gold adaptive reuse of a former dental school building, the Pacific offers high-end living in one of San Francisco's most sought-after neighborhoods. A total of 76 units over nine floors are comprised of luxury flats, two-story penthouses and three-bedroom townhouses.
